Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 2026
Welcome to Accident Relief Center
We help people injured in motor vehicle accidents connect with independent law firms that may be able to assist with their claim. By using our website or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
1. Who We Are
Accident Relief Center is a paid attorney advertising and marketing service. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice or representation, and we do not evaluate any claim. We are not affiliated with any government agency, insurance company, or court. Our role is to connect you with independent law firms that may be able to evaluate and pursue your claim.
2. How the Service Works
- When you complete our online form, we collect your contact details and accident or claim information.
- We may share that information with one or more independent law firms and the marketing partners listed on our Marketing Partners page.
- A law firm or representative may contact you to discuss your situation.
- You are under no obligation to work with anyone we connect you with.
- We do not charge you for this connection service. We may be paid by law firms or marketing partners for the connections we facilitate, based on our marketing arrangements rather than any review of your situation.
- Any fee arrangement for legal services is made directly between you and the law firm you choose, which you will review and sign with them.
3. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Submitting your information does not create an attorney-client relationship with Accident Relief Center or any law firm we connect you with. That relationship begins only after you sign a written agreement directly with a law firm. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Use our site only for lawful purposes.
- Not misuse or attempt to interfere with our systems or other users.
5. Information Accuracy and Availability
We work to maintain current and reliable information on our website, but we can’t guarantee that all listings or materials are error-free or always available. The site and services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Accident Relief Center is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the site or any connection we facilitate.
- Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed $500 USD.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy matters. Our separate Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information. By using this site, you agree to that Policy as part of these Terms.
8. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
a. Informal Resolution
Please contact us first at support@accidentreliefcenter.com. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concern promptly and respectfully.
b. Binding Arbitration
If we can’t resolve it informally, any dispute will be settled by binding arbitration under applicable law.
c. Class-Action Waiver
You agree not to join class or collective actions; disputes are handled individually.
d. Opt-Out
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing us at support@accidentreliefcenter.com.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, except where local law requires otherwise.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms when laws or practices change. Any update will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continuing to use the site means you accept the revised Terms.
